How Do I Know Which Account Type My Account Number Is?

- All our account numbers are 7 characters long and start with ’38’
- The last letter of your account number determines the account type
- For example, if your account number is 38XXXXS, then this is your RRSP account number

        Z – RESP (Registered Education Savings Plan)
        
        N – LRSP/LIRA (Locked-in Retirement Savings Plan/Locked-in Retirement Account)
