The best time to get Insurance is before you need it
Many people think that they should wait until they are older to get life insurance, or they may think that they will wait until they feel they are closer to using insurance before they apply for it.
Just remember, if you are healthy now, and less likely to make a claim on any insurance, you are better off to apply for the insurance now. The insurance company will view you as less of a risk to insure, and this will be reflected in your monthly premium rates.
If you wait until you are older or until you have a health scare, you may find that the cost of insurance becomes expensive, or you may not even qualify for it any more. It’s not always the most pleasant conversation. There aren’t too many people that enjoy talking about death, injury and/or illness, but it’s definitely a conversation that’s worth having before you ever think you may need to.
